I'm very new to framsticks. Is there a newer/more updated site related to framsticks?
Where can i begin learning the basics? Are there any tutorials to set up basic experiments or modify the preloaded experiments? The software seems very powerful but with a steep learning curve.

Clicking Documentation reveals the "Framsticks tutorial" link which is what I'd recommend for start. Once you complete the tutorial, you should be able to modify existing scripts and then create your own experiments. Usually, existing experiment definitions are sufficient for beginners, and there is a lot to experiment with before you start creating your own experiment definitions.
