May I ask why this change in direction? What do the developers see as the
most pressing need currently?

The client has not been released to public yet. Although the
whole networking thing with migration, distributed evolution
etc. worked well, we have turned to development of other
modules and Framsticks v2.

- Framsticks v2
- ...with functionality of at least v1
- then networking issues
There are many points to mention in each of the above.
