morphology v. neurons

I was just wondering how you can limit mutations and evolution just to the
brain or just to the body. A lot of the posts have mentioned this, but I
can't find any settings for it in parameters. Thank you.

Open Simulation parameters -> Genetics.
If you use 'f1' genetic language, click f1, there you have
two intensities. Set them to 0 to disable related mutations.

Consider disabling crossing overs if you want to have
only identical morphologies/nn's (Experiment->Parameters->
Selection).
