How to put a 3D object like a stair ? 

Hi,

How can I put some 3D objects in the style files (like a stair), so that the
creatures can collide with and can climb on it ?
More generally, how can we make a complete set (location) for a new type of
experimentation (with stairs, houses, doors, ...)

you can't. 3d objects are just for visualization and don't influence the
simulation.
you can, however, define the environment shaped like stairs and walls
(world type: blocks) and then, design the 3d style matching this certain
world shape. then, it would look like the creatures are falling down
the stairs in your house :-)
