saved AC3D object causes crash

I have AC3D and when I load for example "greenstick1.ac" into AC3D and then
resave without any model changes, it causes frams to crash.

If I resave the greenstick1.ac using a copy of another stick that was never
loaded/saved using AC3D, frams will run just fine. Is this a bug or is there
something I'm missing. I have read the previous posts by Alain but I can't
solve the problem. Any thoughts?

thanks
Kristian

I also noticed that AC files with duplicated points/faces cause
PLIB AC loader (which is used within Framsticks) to crash. Thus
I had to manually delete these lines from the .ac file.
Fortunately, it is a text file :-)

Hi Kristian,

There is a problem with the last version of AC3D : the new files add a
parameter in the file : crease 45.000000
You have to delete this line in the AC file (with any text editor) and it is
good !
But, now I prefer using Blender for AC files, it is better...

Thanks for the help. It worked and I can load different shapes and textures
now. I prefer AC3d. Blender seems too confusing

thanks again
