I only see bits and pieces of the types and parameter names, ala what does
the "p" in [N, -2:0.3,p:0.3] mean?
is there someplace where this is all collected in one doc? The pdf doesn't
have it.

The parameters of neurons are independent from the genetic encoding.
You can
1. go to the "simulation parameters/user scripts" and click
"make f0.def....." - you will get somehow obscured view of
all neurons and their properties
2. go to the "simulation parameters/neurons/active" and move
your mouse over neuron names - you will get a nice summary
of properties of each neuron
Good luck!
